Tri Star Start (Age 8*): Swim 40m Run 500m Free (£1 for non BTF members)
Tri Star 1 (Age 9-10*): Swim 120m Run 1500m £11 BTF (£12 for non BTF members)
Tri Star 2 & 3 (Age 11-14*): Swim 160m Run 2000m £11 BTF (£12 for non BTF members)

For the TriStar Aquathlons photography will only be permissible to those with a permit. Permits will be issued on application at the event.
The swim is short and simple. A 160m pool swim with triathletes swimming two lengths of each lane before exiting the water..
The cycle route is amazing! A single 17km loop taking in some breathtaking (literally) views along country roads.
Sweet and simple the run is two laps of a 1.5km route.
We will continue to deliver a range of events @Fritton_Lake but we are looking for partners to help with the delivery of the Fritton Lake Tri. If you would like to be involved in the delivery of one or more of the races that make up the Triathlon weekend then please get in touch
With the ongoing development of our outdoor activities operation I have now decided to reduce our involvement with these events and pass these on to others. @triharder_uk will be taking over East Coast Triathlon and Victory Triathlon, and look forward to seeing them take this on.
As @Active_outdoor I maintained control of the Fritton Lake Triathlon and the East Coast Triathlon from this project and have added in the North Walsham Victory Triathlon in 2011 and the Stradbroke Triathlon in 2015..
